• L. Harvey Smith – Democrat State Assemblyman from Jersey City, New Jersey (???)

• Louis Manzo – Democrat Former State Assemblyman from Jersey City, New Jersey (54 years old)

All together, more than 100 public officials in New Jersey have been convicted of corruption in the past few years
