On Thursday, August 27, 2009, I interviewed Michael D. Tanner on “America’s Morning Show.” Michael is a Senior Fellow at the CATO institute and “heads research into a variety of domestic policies with a particular emphasis on health care reform.” Michael and I discuss some of the particulars of H.R. 3200, and how it would lead to rationed care and increased costs for the majority of Americans.
