Bill Rice–who is opposed to government run health care–had his finger bitten off by an individual attending a moveon.org pro ObamaCare rally.  After being insulted by the moveon supporter, Bill admits to Neil Cavuto that he threw the first punch.  The moveon supporter than bit off Bill’s pinky finger.  Watch the interview below.
