This youtube video features two attorneys who are married to each other, and who have worked for the Environmental Protection Agency for more than twenty years.   Drawing on their extensive knowledge of environmental issues, these two individuals conclude that the “Cap and Trade” legislation currently being considered in the U.S. Congress is a huge mistake and will devastate our economy.  Two EPA lawyers were recently ordered to make changes to this video because it was critical of the Obama Administration’s climate change policies.  The Heritage Foundation points out in its blog The Foundry that it “does not support the couple’s call for carbon taxes, but their analysis of the futility of cap and trade is dead on.”
