After Senator Evan Bayh (D-IN) unexpectedly announced his retirement, he had this to say about the Democrat effort to create jobs.

“If I could create one job in the private sector by helping to grow a business, that would be one more than Congress has created in the last six months.”

I agree.  However, has Congress created any “private sector” jobs since the $787 billion (now $862 billion) stimulus was passed TWELVE  MONTHS AGO?  NO!
