In a word, Yes.  Nathan Benefield – of the Commonwealth Foundation – reminds readers that the Kentucky health care mandate (similar to the one contained in ObamaCare) was fully repealed in 2003.  Reacting to an article posted on April 5 by Steven Spruiell at National Review Online, Nathan states that “Kentucky learned from its mistakes, changing many of the new regulations in 1998, and fully repealing them in 2003.”  Watch the video below (also embedded on Nathan’s post) discussing the failed health care experiments of the states.
