via Fox News: Sept. 24, 2010:House Speaker Nancy Pelosi gestures during a news conference on Capitol Hill (AP).

This week, both the U.S. House and Senate adjourned without holding a vote on extending the Bush Tax Rates.  The fact is House Speaker Nancy Pelosi refused to allow the vote to take place because 47 Democrats sided with Republicans against President Obama’s plan to allow the current rates to increase for “rich” Americans (anyone who earns more than $200,000 a year).

On this weekend’s radio program, Glen talks about the negative effects that the higher tax rates will have on the economy next year.  He also discusses the open ended drilling moratorium on oil and natural gas in the Gulf of Mexico, the coming 2010 November elections, and our ongoing war in Afghanistan.

Sara Mohsin – Owner of Mohsin Mortgage Corporation – joins Glen in the studio with some updates on the national housing market, current interest rates, and the economic benefits of refinancing current mortgage loans.  Glen also talks with GOP Congressional candidates Dave Argall (PA-17) and Tim Burns (PA-12).  Both candidates are committed to cutting federal spending, reducing tax rates for individuals and businesses, and voting to repeal Obamacare.  Dave and Tim understand that if we want to create economic growth, jobs, and prosperity for all Americans, we must have low tax rates and less onerous government regulations.

Nancy Pelosi should be thrown out of office for her fraud, waste, and abuse of the American tax dollars and her position in the government.

She should be ousted for breaking house rules, not passing a budget, and lying to her bosses. Yes, bosses, and that would be the American citizens.
