DNC Chair on Antonio Villaragosa

Debbie Wasserman Schultz was questioned April 2, 2012 by Doug McIntyre – a Los Angeles radio talk show host (790 KABC) -  about Democrat Antonio Villaragosa’s failed record as Mayor of Los Angeles.  In light of these failures, McIntyre wonders why Wasserman Schultz would select Villaragosa to be chairman of the Democratic National Convention (to be held in Charlotte, NC).

Wasserman Schultz’s reaction was to call McIntyre’s comments “disappointing and borderline offensive.”  When McIntyre raises the fact that Villaragosa “was hit with the largest  ethics violations in the 200 year history of the city,”  Wasserman Schultz cut him off and asked if there was anything else he would like to talk about.

Whether its Villaraigosa, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, or President Obama, Democrats simply cannot stand on their record of failed economic and social policies.  They choose to be offended by anyone who confronts them with their records, instead of being offended by the failure of their “progressive” big government agenda.

This is no way to lead and no way to win elections.
